With a HUGE sigh of relief I'm just letting you know that I had a reply this afternoon to my email of yesterday to Keele Services and a very kind lady there has cancelled my PCN.
I would like to offer my sincere gratitude for all your amazing guidance and support, you are doing a great job in helping us inexperienced folk out.:T:A:j

Nice outcome. Could you tell us the email address you used and who replied please? It will help others to know who to contact.

Wonder if we will see an influx of cases at this location following the events of this morning.

BBC reporting that Keele Services is "gridlocked" with motorists reporting a 2.5 hour wait to leave the site.

In a way I hope we do see a rash of them, with PE making people jump through hoops. If this doesn't then open politicians' eyes to the scandal, nothing will.

We'll know in a few days time!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
