Hi Suzy
Must admit I'm not 100% sure but all the phones I've had always have a seperate bit in the menu's somewhere for turning vibrate on or off. Perhaps you need to deleve a little further though the menu's?Do I Need It ? .......... Do I Want It? .......... What Will Happen If I Don't Buy It? .......... I'm So Confused I Need Help!0 -

Try Sound Settings 1 Incoming Calls and you should be able to make the changes you want there.
You can always get more with a kind word and a 2-by-4 than with just a kind word.0 -
i go into sound setting then incoming i get a do you want to play in queit mode yes / no i select one (this doesnt make a differance?)
then i select ring tone volume 5
alert type melody save
but when i ring it it still vibrates??0 -
In soundsettings, quiet mode, choose between vibration and mute. Cant see what you haven't done for the melody bit to stop it vibrating tho.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0
