zuto - selling a car, is it safe?

Hi,
I read this post last week whilst in the middle of going through the exact same process. I too was selling my car to a private buyer who was using Zuto to make their purchase. I was asked for exactly the same information as you were asked for. I have read plenty of stories of scams where all this information is provided so I was equally as skeptical as the OP.
I was adamant that I would not be providing this information, then I read many reviews from car buyers of how efficient Zuto had been. The reviews were nearly all positive (I read about 300 of them!!) which started to sway me in the other direction. Then I came across this post and it immediately assured me that I was right to be skeptical. However, like the OP, I had been try to sell my car for a while with limited success. So against all rational thinking, I decided to provide the information to Zuto. They are a pernickety bunch, not just with me but also the buyer; the buyers signature didn't exactly match his driving license so they made him submit documents again at least once.
Anyway, a day after I provided this information to Zuto the buyer and I met again and he instructed Zuto to make payment to me. I received this straightaway and immediately transferred it to another bank account) and signed over the car to the buyer.
So, I have the money that I wanted for the car. However I am still skeptical that the company or it's employees may do something dodgy with all the information I have provided them.
Would I recommend the process? I'm not sure.. I have the money I wanted and the car is gone however something is still niggling at me. To be honest I am annoyed at myself as would have probably taken a few hundred quid less for a straightforward cash sale. Alas, it is all done now so no going back.
Is there any advice on how I can protect myself now that I have already plunged into this?
Thanks

Once you got paid the money and transferred it into another account, what else is there to worry about??0

and why is that?
I have used them two years ago to buy myself a car.
It was fast quite fast and quite good service.
Interest rate was a bit high, but other than that.
BTW - they are just broker. I got loan for the car through them on one of the bigger bank branches, so it was really fine with me.
I see no reason why OP should not sell the car through them. As long as money is in the account, I would not bother about anything.I own an EV. AMA0
