Can Form V888/2 be used to access my DVLA records?

Isn't that exactly what's happened here? ANPR has not had legitimate DVLA access for some time now, so this was presumably post-BPA?

OP - Can you put up a redacted copy of the correspondence you received?

I think the OP was posing a hypothetical question. This is based on what their web site claims, rather than the receipt of an actual NTK.

It sounds real to me:

The OP had a Notice to Driver. I am sure he is asking if ANPR can use a back-door method to get his details. The OP has not had anything through the post, to date.
Thats how I understand it.
