Review says 16 hours, which isn't bad. http://www.cnet.com.au/mp3players/mp3players/0,239036128,240063125,00.htm0

excellent find, just ordered one.
dont forget sonicstage is really bad so use this to download mp3 straight away to the player. the software name is voidMP3FM , the web address is http://www.drvoid.com/ , it is free.
cautionary advice: sony doesnt support it and when I checked their forum it is loaded with spam mail as you dont need to register to post on the forum , so it has become an easy target for spam bots.
but this + the player = unbeatable deal
I've got no problem with sonicstage software - far better than others I've used0 -
I seem to remember that early versions had to convert all music to ATRAC format, is this no longer the case?0

download voidMP3FM specifically for this player. You run it from the flash drive on the MP3 and it allows you to simply drag and drop.
.Got this from Hotdeals. It looks like its out of stock now anyway0 -
