    excellent find, just ordered one.
dont forget sonicstage is really bad so use this to download mp3 straight away to the player. the software name is voidMP3FM , the web address is http://www.drvoid.com/ , it is free.

cautionary advice: sony doesnt support it and when I checked their forum it is loaded with spam mail as you dont need to register to post on the forum , so it has become an easy target for spam bots.

but this + the player = unbeatable deal
    Inside I am THINKING.

Thanks for this. I already have a black one and think it is fantastic ... particularly the excellent battery life. Just ordered one of these to keep in the car. Cheers.

How long does the battery actually last. I know it says 28 hours but I find this can be over-estimated. Just waiting for mine to be delivered now..

I have the previous version of this, and I would say that 30 hours is no exaggeration for battery life. I can take it on a ten day holiday, use it daily and still have charge left at the end. I bought mine eighteen months ago, and am still getting excellent performance from it.

Also, I have had no problems with SonicStage, I find it more user friendly than itunes.

Having tried the ipod, I would recommend the Sony anyday x
    Gone ... or have I?

Picked one up, for nearly no reason at all. Thanks a lot. :)
