Well on the site I read:I am an unverified member, am I still able to get the Net+ Virtual Prepaid Card? Yes, unverified members can apply to get the Net+ Virtual prepaid MasterCard.
Unverified members can add only one Net+ Virtual Card to their NETELLER Account and have a lifetime limit of 500 USD or equivalent currency.
You must have a positive balance before you can start using the Net+ Virtual Prepaid MasterCard.0 -
Any reputable company is going to ask you for ID if you are planning to move money around the banking system.
It is to prevent money laundering and the banks have a legal obligation to "know their customer" or KYC as it is referred to.

I think you can register an IDT Prime card as Joe Bloggs and any address to use it for a maximum of £200, more than that needs an upgrade with verifiable details. But it's not virtual, costs a fiver and probably other fees.Evolution, not revolution0
