I've booked for a family standard flexi ticket on London eye 14th December, we are unable to make it to London now and need to cancel does anyone know if I'll get a refund?

Have you checked out their website; you can ask to change dates if you pay a £10 admin fee, but no refunds.

what does a flexi ticket mean then ?

flexi means any time of day. No I'm not able to change date.

Officially Id guess not but I doubt you will need to take proof of Id so could in theory sell them
