Savvybuyer wrote: »I assume the one for £30 that I can obviously see in the panel on the right-hand side of this page. I wondered: weren't we getting them at £7 some time due to a glitch?:rotfl: Or was that a smaller size?
I'm convinced they keep some back to create a 75% off frenzy in January. I'm sure many ladies here have gone to work bleary eyed after getting up at silly o'clock for the Boots 75% off saleme included. And yes their website is is very poor at coping with traffic. Not good for such a large company really

Your a star thanks xWe're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits.0 -
Just went to order from Boots.com ( to take advantage of the £10 worth of points today) and the website has crashed. Just shows an advert for soap & glory coming soon.
Same here, I'll be emailing them in the morning.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
TrulyMadly wrote: »Have I missed the half priced large bags of crisps in lidl. I don't mean the vegetable ones.
Weren't they supposed to be on this weekend for 39p
But can't see them on the leaflet
I didn't see any crisps at 39p earlier:rotfl:. Neither did I collect prices from any leaflet:o:rotfl: (this is my idiosyncratic 'joke' again that I only I know the meaning of - this is a bit of a reference to something I might post/link to in my next post - to explain it now, it's about price collectors obtaining prices from leaflets and to suggest that I'm in embarassment by missing something: in other words by failing to look at prices in leaflets. The 'joke' is, partly, that there's no need for me to be embarrassed at all of course, as I am perfect and collect everything instore:D).
The crisps didn't come up when I've just now looked at Lidl's website for the 'half price weekend' offers. However, they are there on the page when I search for that page using the address of my own store and then select to see the offers. They are there. You may be able to see them if you go via the store locator. I've found they are 12th and 13th December.
I'll put them onto the list;):D!:)
Well done - it's extremely hard anyone ever getting anything onto Savvy's lists:rotfl:.0 -

happens a lot on Boots their website really is poor under pressure.
Although under pressure would be more fitting, I prefer this music video

I went to hospital yesterday morning for treatment and got detained  I knew it was a remote possibility but, ever the optimist, I went unprepared.
I've had a platelet transfusion and I do believe I'm feeling better for it. I left the task of sourcing suitable hospital attire to my DD. Not really sure whether it was a revenge move for every bad outfit I ever made her wear or whether she wanted to inherit my hospital items after I was done......but I spent 24 dressed as a giant candy flossshe brought me an array of pink fluffy and fleecy items that I wouldn't be seen dead in normally
I don't really do PJs/slippers/dressing gowns. I wouldn't have looked out of place pushing a trolley in my Asda  thankfully i got released early afternoon and got to go home in decent clothes.0 -
