Yes, you are quite right as it is a very emotive subject.

I'm no tech expert. In fact I'm a bit of a luddite but most cloud storage services are very slow and I don't think you can stream from them. At least the free versions are (I can be a bit too MSE for my own good).:p

I'm much more puzzled how to cheaply get videos on VHS into electronic form (DVDs or mp4s or whatever so we can preserve them). Not sure we have a VCR left anywhere in the house.

If you could buy a cheap VCR player, then if your computer has a TV card in it, you can just plug it in and record.....or you could about 10 years ago last time I did it. Think I gave away my last VCR.

If they d/l the dropbox app they should be fine to store/share the videos. The receiver does not need the app to view Hth.

Cheers. They just want people to be able to watch them on their ipad. Of course, they could just buy a new ipad and give me their old one :D

Wow - a Morries comp. shop that actually fully worked as expected.

Even picking up the mbuy between the Fig Rolls and Malted Milk biscuits. Considering the Malted Milks started missed off entirely some months ago, that is an achievement. I was prepared for it to go belly-up.

I was prepared for the Lightsaber to fail so opted for an A mbuy in case it did. However I've found Lightsabers to be a consistent feature across my stores;).

Chupa Chups Shootz bought - I actually like them, a lot, so they are a very useful item! McCoys crisps have gone to "useless" £1 in A so I didn't see there was much mileage in waiting for a glitch - even though strange £1.00 and 2 for £2.00 pricing got through to msm, but with them actually scanning at £1 I don't think there's anything I can do (73p is lowest M price I've seen - even lower than 84p price of some years ago, in between which I've only ever seen them on offers at £1).

On another shop, Hula Hoops original worked - £1.75 vs 73p M. And the other version of Micro Chips compared £1.79 vs £1 too (I didn't need mbuy). Can you believe - across all my shops, I've still forgotten some items! So, I'll have to get those later!

13 items (10 different) on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda morrisons
    1x ASDA Soft Spread (2KG) £3.00 £3.00
1x ASDA Chosen By You Malted Milk (200G) £0.60 £0.35
    1x McCoy's McCoys Classic (6X30G) £1.00 £0.73
    1x McCain Crinkle Cut Micro Chips (4X100G) £1.50 £1.00
1x ASDA Chosen By You Fig Rolls (200G) £0.50 £0.35
    1x Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Soft & Fruity Apple (6X37G) £1.99 £1.00
    1x Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Soft & Fruity Blueberry (6X37G) £1.99 £1.00
    1x Star Wars Lightsaber Ice Lollies (6X60ML) £1.50 £1.03
    1x Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Soft & Fruity Strawberry (6X37G) £1.99 £1.00
    4x Swizzels Parma Violets (40G) £1.40 £1.00
Comparison total (compared products only) £15.47 £10.46
    +£5.01 cheaper

They won't compare favourably against M - they were not on offer in M on Monday so it needs to wait for the Wednesday price data to be put into the system before they are to be bought. I felt they were quite small size:rotfl:.

I would not give it another go tomorrow - I doubt the price data will be in the system by then (especially if it's an early shop). Patience is very much needed.

I put claims in with quidco for all my declined £1 bespoke offer "Beat my Price" requests and they've only gone and approved them all :j :j
