I went on lap top and logged out then in again and it was fine.

DH went on his computer went on main site not through any link and again he got his

That happened with my Boots order. The main item was cancelled overnight - despite there being stocks in store - I should really have had a moan to them about this - so the rest of the order I cancelled next day. The cashback sat on TCB for ages and then sent to pending. I am convinced it went into the paid column briefly before being cancelled

I am just contemplating placing an order for Finish from the store I originally spotted the RTC in last weekend ... It is a right trek to go and check if they ate still reduced but as others are reporting success in other stores it suggests they are more likely than not still reduced.

I have vouchers to use up but cannot use there as I have heard reports of accounts being closed By that store when using them ... though surely they must let people use vouchers?

Yes I am a premium member. I'm just very confused with these coins once I'd collected the 10 silver ones, I had another 3 transactions and that put me onto a gold level where I had to collect 15 coins for £15. That wasn't going to happen as the promotion was due to end. Now, as I've said, I have collected 40/50 for £5 reward that I knew nothing about.
