Yes I am a premium member. I'm just very confused with these coinsonce I'd collected the 10 silver ones, I had another 3 transactions and that put me onto a gold level where I had to collect 15 coins for £15. That wasn't going to happen as the promotion was due to end. Now, as I've said, I have collected 40/50 for £5 reward that I knew nothing about.
Very pleased to hear your son and GF are arriving for Christmas. How excitIng
Yes I am ludicrously excited now - I was indifferent to Christmas but now at least I've got a focus.
Eldest son has been serving abroad for the last 4 Christmases - 3 in Cyprus and 1 in Kabul.
Straight out of training he was sent at the start of December, Cyprus in December is miserable so he was culture shocked and miserable and it took him 6 months to settle in.
Another chap took him home to his family for that first Christmas - full English Christmas dinner and 2 over excited and hyped up toddlers bouncing off the walls so at least he had the full normal family Christmas.
similar the next Christmas as he always was on duty over Christmas.
The next Christmas he was on a 6 months black ops tour in Kabul - most of the "attention" was lavished on the American embassy next door. The one good thing is that they had very good wi fi so we got very long Skype talks.
Last Christmas he was back in Cyprus at least he knew he was back in the Uk in the new year
GF is German and all of her various family members live in one town so this was a firm possibility at one stage that eldest son and GF would be in Germany. Her mum though wants to go to Berlin for Christmas so GF said she would not go back if her parents were in 2 places, not travelling about all over the place.
GF has a huge network of work friends and numerous offers but I think they have decided on coming to us -although its quite possible they will change their minds yet“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Terrible events in Paris. I think I grossly under-described it by calling it 'developing events', instead :(it's the worse massacre in the area since the Second World War. Words fail me: I can't say much more, it speaks for itself sadly.0

Di means, that the medical advice given is for people to get their bottoms to the doctor! Now if redfox was asking about advice on s**ual matters......... our Di is graphic!!:eek::eek::D:D:D:D:D

We have had many 'singlies' to Christmas dinner ourselves over the years. I could never bear to think of anyone eating in the mess on Christmas Day. Some years we had quite a houseful!
I should be on my way to Scotland at the moment but I was stopped in my tracks by a very unexpected nose bleed. After I'd got my slap on too  very inconvenient. I'm hanging around for a bit in case it sets off again. Nosebleed on the M6 wouldn't be good......0 -
I echo every ones thoughts about Paris.
Hope that Mr bubbs is feeling a bit better this morning.
If your store has rtc Finish dishwasher tablets 30 @ £3 and you order them on cc/hd, you will pay £3 per pack but they will compare @ £12 per pack v t or s @ £6 per pack. If they are oos they will be subbed with a pack of 34/45 or 2 x 18. hth
Bumping my post from yesterday (sorry) but can anyone answer.
Can someone point me in the direction of the explanation on claiming apg's the following month, please?
I did a shop on my dad's account last night and paid with my card. Cheeky a's have said that I have now reached my £100 limit. I have 2 largish apg's to collect from online shops. I think that the explanation said whether the month was started on the first or when it is. It was the first time that I'd used his account, different address and different email address but same payment card and laptop. How do others manage to have multiple accounts? TIA
I don't think we have managed to work out for certain whether they work on a calendar month or rolling month - there have been a few conflicting results. To be on the (hopefully!) safe sid I am using a rolling month ie if i have reached the limit in November then I will check the results but not claim the voucher until December - and will do that a clear month after my first claim in November. eg if my first November claim was on 10th, I will wait until 11th Dec to claim.
Thats worked for me so far - although some people have had it appear to re-set on the 1st of each month and some reckon its a little bit more complicated than my system ! So I guess you will have to just take a chance - but it does seem that you can at lest check your shop results so long as you don't actually request the voucher until 'sometime' the folling month ! Somebody else may well have a different/better idea of whats going on but I am walking in treacle !ELITE 5:2

Last time this happened in paris, after each nation made a point of saying how bad it is and how immediate action needs to be taken, no action was actually taken and it was swept under the carpet.
All that happened was the birth of a new 'Hashtag' on social media.0
