Vs M, I think people should buy Chupa Chups Shootz Assorted (25g) and four individual Swizzels Parma Violets - it should work out at 10p per pack if that works fully. The Shootz are unseen, on 5 for £1. The Parma Violets are 35p x4. Should be 4 for £1 for M.

Not been on peppipoo for ages, what has changed? Why does ignoring not work? Thanks

Protection of freedoms act 2012 schedule 4.

If the fine in question is UKCPS then an appeal at 1st instance and the IAS will fail.

Whether or not they have met keeper liability requirements and would win at court is another matter although after Beavis penalty and unfairness arguments are dead.

Retailer intervention or land occupier intervention is the best way forward to get it cancelled.

Beavis loses parking case. Lord Neuberger sends strong message to Government that consumer rights laws have gone too far.

The long running issue of parking charges for overstaying in a free car park has been decided, with judges finding 6-1 in favour of the parking company over the motorist.

Ignoring has not worked for ages, not sure of the in's and outs, but trust me. As for recent changes, one of the companies took it to the appeals court after the 'independent' ombudsman said someone didnt have to pay, and it was over-turned, and deemed to be a lawful charge. (bits and bobs of that might be wrong, but thats the general gist as of a few weeks ago which was the last time I looked).

Ignoring outside of England and Wales still works as we have no keeper liability.

Beavis never went near an "ombudsmen" or any appeal service. Ignored and went straight to court. His overstay was due to Staples machinery breaking down as he was trying to get flyers done for his chippy.

As I said, there was errors, but the general gist was there. Thanks for filling in the gaps.

For anyone that has a food bank collection point near them, the Barillas would probably be really appreciated, so why not print just a few more!:beer::santa2::santa2:

How's the knee? Better I hope.
I've laid low today and I think I actually feel better. Going a bit stir crazy though so I'll be glad to get out tomorrow. Cancer nurse rang this morning to see how I was and he thinks they might adjust the next dose. I'm glad about that because I have no wish to feel that grotty again.

Have had a lovely night with DS2 sorting the advent calendars. He gets really concerned about uneaten days and very annoyed at people who don't catch up on uneaten days. So he's introduced a three day window to eat your days, and if you don't....they will be re-distributed to people who will :D that'll be him and houseguest. No one else is bothered about advent calanders anymore but we have to have them so as not to change anything. No one will get to the bottom of the stairs in the morning without a calendar warning

Knee not as painful, but feeling a little warm to the touch, so I will have to keep a close eye on it. Gone are the days when everyone was routinely given antibiotics after surgery.
I am so pleased you are not being as friendly with the porcelain "god", long may it last!:)

Another couple of days less until the end of your treatment!
