This new Tesco system suits me so much better , planned a £24 ish shop for tomorrow and I will pay about £4.20 with coupons ,c/b and price match.
So much better than getting a voucher.
I realise it won't suit some people though but I am happy :rotfl:0 -

As expected comfort didnt work, oh well. Cooked a lovely lunch and has a couple of glasses of that Yellow Tail chardonnay, very nice it was. Then I wanted dh to get the christmas tree from the loft. Scrooge wont do it. He says because we are off on our hols on 15th December til 15 th Jan its not worth it. But next sat all the family are coming to get their pressies so I need it up for then. Think I will have to fetch it myself when I havent had wine!!!! Everyone says I talk alot when I have a drink, look at me now chatterbox
so once the visitors have come and gone then the decorations and tree will come down again before you set off?
this is a difficult one, one I've not thought about before.
Before we go away there is at least a week of house scrubbing, trips to and from charity shop and recycling centre, bed linen washing etc so the house is immaculate - having to put up and take down decorations inbween doing all of this has put me off going away over Christmas“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Yes we choose our till girl very carefully and I only had 6 bottles. I told the till girl they were £2 each so she scanned them at that.
I then gave her a handful of old gift cards to sift through to see if anything was left on them, nothing. I then asked for £15 in nectar points to come off and then a final £10 gift card so I don't think she had the head space by then anyway to worry about the price of cider
we had clothing (sadly could not wait until Tu sale on Tuesday and a £15 Greenalls gin bottle (used nectar points for this)
