oh thanks :D I thought it was you. I'm told it'll take 90 mins to do my whole body. I had gathered it's noisy but all I'm worried about is needing a wee :o I've been religiously downing my 3/4 litres a day and don't go many half hours throughout the day without weeing. :rotfl::rotfl: I might have to hold back on the water and catch up later in the day. I don't want anyone having to deal with puddles :o :rotfl:

I had an mri scan on my knee and although it didn't involve going inside a scanner, it was still very noisy!

The best way I can describe the noise, is something crossed between heavy rock and hippy trance music:eek:
Actually, I was quite enjoying the beat by the end of the scan.:D

I think this whole end of life stuff is so badly thought out...it should be a plan for the rest of your life and be positive and life affirming not a bloomin death sentence:mad:

I's a rubbish name. I heard some people discussing a death that came too early and they advised them to see their loved one's life as complete rather than ended.

I don't know why but that seemed a much better way of considering it, if that's at all possible.

LOL Walking around in the cold and rain .. no thanks..

The difference between us is I only do it for a bit of exercise and to keep my brain active and it saves a bit of money.I don't do it to make money.I don't need it and wouldn't know what to do with it anyway. It is a bit of fun as well.

In the Tesco mag is a 100 points for spending over £20 in g/c

Spend £50 get 150 points.. and if you goto some muppet.. that will take more than one.. you can use at least 8 a time... bought 2 x £20 currys and 1 x £10 next each time and used 8 vouchers per time.

so each £50 I got 950 points.. worth £20 in double up or £40 in food places. you will need a lot of the mags to do this. but I think its worth it. I bought £500 worth of currys vouchers and a shed load of next.

I may get ridiculed for this from the usual suspects and I expect it.

I'm accompanying a woman who works for a major supermarket next week to a disciplinary hearing. She's been put on a disciplinary for accepting vouchers she shouldn't have. I won't say which supermarket or what vouchers as you all know where I live and I wouldn't like to identify her.

you might describe her as a muppet. I know her as a woman who's terrified of losing her job and is doing it because she's trying to keep her family afloat because her husband is unable to work at the moment. Just be aware that supermarkets are putting this stuff on innocent members of staff and they are disciplining them for it.

I hope the 'muppets' you find aren't in the same boat. We all like a glitch but not at the expense of another person's livelihood.

I'd really love to see proof that you got 950 CC points from a £50 spend on GC BTW. Zippy asked and you blanked him. if you got it, then let's see it.

Muggle shop (sort of). Shouldn't have bought the Toilet Cleaner:( as it's now decided it's comparable against both T and M at 27p. Never mind - a few pence here and more than that back from elsewhere!

Sugar Puffs - 20p back on TCB Snap&Save, making it slightly better than my 20p/100g price (then again, some value cereals are much better still). Doesn't say any weight on it on TCB. No use getting the 625g version elsewhere as it's not on offer anywhere - instead is now really expensive price - and I mean really expensive! Even the offers on that are more expensive by weight than the 450g price in A. No use getting the lower weight 320g on offer in T or M at same £1, as that doesn't work out anywhere near to 20p/100g even with the TCB! 450g N/A against T, S and M - but W £2.85!

Those Plasters at 40p are no longer SP version, so don't compare against T at 41p (not 10% cheaper than that). Having discovered them, though, I'm crossing out the 41p ones on the TBG fillers list!:rotfl: The A ones are currently not comparing against anywhere but beware - T is 90p and S and W are £1.05! I wouldn't put it past the system to start picking up Morries at 95p - they may not be strictly comparable in M but it's a very subtle difference.

3 items on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda tesco
    1x ASDA SmartPrice Jaffa Cakes (135G) £0.35 N/A
    1x Candyland Fizzballs (40G) £0.20 N/A
    1x Swizzels Refreshers Chew Bar (43G) £0.20 N/A
    1x Barratt Sherbet Fountain (25G) £0.20 £0.35
    1x Honey Monster Sugar Puffs (450) £1.00 N/A
    1x ASDA Smartprice Lemon Toilet Cleaner (750ML) £0.27 £0.27
    1x Tuc Original Cracker (150G) £0.50 £1.29
    1x ASDA Assorted Washproof Plasters 40 Pack (40PK) £0.40 N/A
1x ASDA Chosen By You Dolly Mix Bag (50G) £0.20 N/A
1x ASDA Chosen By You Cherry Bottles Bag (50G) £0.20 N/A
Comparison total (compared products only) £0.97 £1.91
    cheaper +£0.94

Jaffa Cakes N/A against M. M's don't state the weight. They are the same number - and probably weight! M 40p. Compares Sains 50p:eek:. Toilet Cleaner Sains 40p:eek:.

Tuc Crackers £1.30 in Sains. I've decided I see little chance of anything being sent to me by Sains anytime soon, so little chance of ever shopping elsewhere for them. Obviously you could not get 35p vs 20p on the Sherbet Fountain at T - would have to try to match 5 for £1 comparable and then buying 4 at £1 in T. This is a mix of branded and own brand items offer at A - so check TBG's terms very carefully indeed! Anyway, there may be a better option with trigger in A.

A rather unhealthy shop - but then, sometimes the items that are cheaper in A may be unhealthy whilst healthy/unhealthy ones that are cheaper elsewhere would be bought on other shops!

Refreshers Chew Bar is actually this "new" (or maybe it's not new) Refreshers roll that's the Lemon flavour one.
