I had hoped you had not mixed Dusted Cod with Beer Batter, but I see you did. Never mind. The shop was mixed - Dusted Cod against M but Beer Batter against T (should have been Lemon/Herb Basa or Salt/Pepper Basa if targetting M). At least we know multis are still missing on both the Dusted and Beer Cod fillets though:).
I had a successful shop the other day, and the latest was half successful. I can live with that. £9 for 16 fillets I make it. Wish I had more room in the freezer.
    Glad it helps.

Good evening Elite, I am after a little advice
bought a pair of girls Clarks shoes last month and already they are looking worn out. The leather is peeling away from the strap & elsewhere. They have been worn for school, and the child has not played football in them. I cant take them back except to the outlet store I bought them at, and that is too far away, and thus expensive. I cant send them back because she needs to wear them.
So I have written a letter enclosing a photo of shoes, and a copy of the original receipt, but I am not sure of the best place to send it.
    The outlet store?
    Some head office person?
bit stuck here, any advice appreciated.
    Many thanks. x

I wonder if it's worth a phone call to explain your dilemma and say that you can send in photographic evidence?

How do you get free burgers and milkshakes from Eds Diner, never heard of them. Just saw that they are in Birmingham and we are going soon.

Download their app and you should see it on there.

Different rule for the APG as regards M prices:

14.2.3 If more than one price for a product is found in the representative stores sampled, we will use the most commonly occurring price; if there is no common price, we will use the lowest price found.
    https://www.asdapriceguarantee.co.uk/terms.html

Seems to be reaching same result as me - 24p - even though m.com 22p.
TBG is less favourable on its comparison - if there is no common price, it is marked N/A (and therefore people may pay more?!?), whereas APG takes the lowest price they find (which could (but probably won't) be very favourable - it might be "favourable" IMO but not "very" so*) and therefore ensures they are at least 10% cheaper - except that they occasionally miss other items or pick up incorrect prices that are higher than M is actually charging (it's a minority of items so is occasional, even if we see it regularly) and therefore - not always at least 10% cheaper!:D:(

It can be a bit of a sometimes frustrating, but funny, experience trying to work out M prices!

*I suspect, usually, it would just be right price - e.g. product is on offer, some stores displaying the offer but some displaying full price. I was thinking about potential RTCs (which APG picks up but TBG shouldn't although it could or might) - could have gone really a lot lower in one store that they happen to be in. That might be very favourable. It's not likely, in my view, though therefore I think potentially mere favourable rather than very so (and more likely just to get the right price).
