Good evening Elite, I am after a little advice
bought a pair of girls Clarks shoes last month and already they are looking worn out. The leather is peeling away from the strap & elsewhere. They have been worn for school, and the child has not played football in them. I cant take them back except to the outlet store I bought them at, and that is too far away, and thus expensive. I cant send them back because she needs to wear them.
So I have written a letter enclosing a photo of shoes, and a copy of the original receipt, but I am not sure of the best place to send it.
The outlet store?
Some head office person?
bit stuck here, any advice appreciated.
Many thanks. xessex girl in exile0 -

I had hoped you had not mixed Dusted Cod with Beer Batter, but I see you did. Never mind. The shop was mixed - Dusted Cod against M but Beer Batter against T (should have been Lemon/Herb Basa or Salt/Pepper Basa if targetting M). At least we know multis are still missing on both the Dusted and Beer Cod fillets though:).0 -
You reckon it'll bomb then ?
