Savvybuyer wrote: »Plus pay £40 = £35.80!:eek::eek:
I think as was said earlier, not many of us here would be spending as much as £40 in M:rotfl:.
I wanted the straight 7p off fuel discount:(. The only way I could get it would be buy spending £35.80 more than I would have done! Or...alright maybe £34.80 more:rotfl: (perhaps I might spend a quid at M on something on offer I pick up). At least with the T Coke Zero "deal", it was only needed to spend about 90p more to get it! 90p for £19.04 off the shelf price of £20:eek: for four cases seemed like a good deal to me:D:rotfl::rotfl:.
I'm nowhere near a low tank at the moment (having filled up last week:() so couldn't get 60 litres in any event! Probably more like 10. In other words... it's pence, or a few pounds at most. Could pick up a womble from A and get more than that deduction in a night! Not guaranteed to do that (the receipts may give nowt) but I think more likely! Not sure - where is the 10.5% discount coming from?
If fuel prices are say £1.10 a litre, it would need to be somewhat more than 7p.
I'm never fond of these fuel schemes anyway - for "a few pence" off each litre of fuel but always requiring you to spend more on groceries than any discount is. Yes - I expect something for completely nothing:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::p. I think that, albeit that if I saved up all my shopping - stop shopping completely and then only got everything when I had £40 worth to spend - probably like 20 weeks away:rotfl::rotfl: - I could then get several pounds off (fuel payment) from what I'm currently spending. However, on the whole, I think I save far more even if I am paying (reluctantly!:D) 7p more a litre but not spending anything like that amount on shopping.
I would just be buying a £50 Amazon voucher, Savvy0 -

Smart price items are now more expensive!!! Mushy peas are 20p!!
Or 16p-1.6p if you put them in a vs T or vs M comparison? Same price as before (as long as competitors don't follow suit) - makes no odds if using APG - indeed, allows us to spend slightly more and spend previous voucher amounts a little more easily. Only very slight though as this one is "a few pence". These were the item that were 4p in the stores three or four years ago:rotfl:. 16p of late was quite expensive by comparison to that!
Keep chasing potential GC opportunities - though I doubt you'll find them: they seem very good on changing the SELs on these items - but, if there is one missed somewhere, it could be an extra £2 back (and thus far outweigh any increase and pay for itself and more - and more than you'd get in a similar situation for DTD from Mr T - price 20p, SEL says 16p. T DTD = 8p:(. Mr A = 16p reset + £2 GC:D. T=cost 12p. A=minus £1.84. Potentially. Or - maybe even £4 (less 16p SEL price) if the store refuses and then you have to contact HO to remind the original store:D:rotfl:).
But... do you really need that mispriced Tesco Value Birthday Card?:rotfl:

Obviously, old info. from a scheme way back, but that's the point that was made.0 -

They are now 20p increases from 16p.
They seem to put the correct sel on when it benefits them but for example, the multi buy sel has been removed from the Ariel/Fairy today but it's still on offer today!
Why couldn't they remove them a day late?!0 -
Wonder if u can use this with the £5 off £35 spend vouchers that are in the mail this week.

Just had an email through gocat. If you get the meal deal you can add a bottle of champagne for £10 extra ....think you might have to be a sparks member.......you could maybe build that up to a £35 shop if you were needing the champagne for Christmas.
I taste tested it on Saturday....its lovely:T
Just to confirm ...you will get the champagne INSTEAD of the wineTo do is to be. Rousseau
