Good Evening and talking of working at Tesco my son starts back again there tomorrow after 6 months doing other things. He worked in a factory for 2 months driving a fork truck but decided it wasn't t for him. :)

I used to drive a fork truck for a living, many moons ago now.
Had a licence to drive one of them before a car. :rotfl:

Back in July many of us got a 25% off code from Activia for buyagift.

I've just used mine to buy my DS a junior Lamborghini experience for his 15th birthday, which is on 13 December. :D

Thanks MHOC for the reminder - your mention of the hotel deal reminded me that I had an unused buyagift code

Quite scary aren't they  I'm so :( that the series has come to an end. I guess I'll have to watch some repeats :rotfl: or Ice Road Rescue on Sky

Ooooh, didn't know about that one, although we don't tend to look at Sky too often. I think they are complete and utter nutters!

I drove one when I was earning some dosh in a factory before I went to Univ - not difficult to drive & have fun with.

I also drove a dumper truck on a building site in similar timeframe. You had to stop it to a halt, change gear, then start up again in different gear.

No licence for either was required.

Asda Trafford park said they are not taking cider coupons, also the coupons for `money off` are scanning but then it voids it so you still pay full price for the product. (this is a winwin for sada as they would be able to claim the coupon amount back from whoever has issued the voucher.

As this is not the first time a coupon has voided without me realising and then not taking cider coupons I was in a `mood` soI rung up HO about the above. Thanked me for letting them know and they are sending me a £4 GC.

Thanks for this. I was there this evening but without my cider MOCs as I was really doing a recce for a CC wine hit.. Had been intending to go instore to buy cider but I think I shall do that locally now.

Got trouted there, tried to return curtains without a receipt and they weren't having any of it!
