I just wanted to say thank you for the information about the Stella Artois cider. I picked up 3 Sun in Tesco this morning when I went to stock up on Whiskas, as I had a £4 off £30 spend. Each voucher went through @ £2, so 3 bottles for 20p.
I then went to Morrisons this afternoon to do a proper shop as had a voucher for 1500 points for a £50 spend. Could only buy 9 ciders as only 9 Sun left. I really did struggle to spend £50, as don't buy meat and freezer groaning with salmon. 9 bottles for 60p.
Thank you whoever started the conversation about the cider. Had the apple this evening and it was nice. May well have to get some more next Friday.
I always read this thread and its predecessors, but have had nothing to contribute for a very long time.0 -

Once they shut the parks most people left and little one wasn't bothered and slightly overdosed on mickey and friends. Great lack of security, that place is an accident waiting to happen.
Things not great here. House still not ready and having great problems with another matter which an:A is helping me complain about.
Sleeping so much it is unreal. Not happy about it but physically can't keep eyes open.
If I am honest I am feeling very sad and alone at the moment but I think it is a mixture of current affairs and this sleep problem.
Many people with far worse problems but these are mine and real to me.
I feel all the better for you asking so thank you.

Once the Paris news broke VT, it was obvious the holiday was going to go downhill:o
I think you are right...its best seen through the eyes of a child. We see the tacky commercialism and litter strewn streets while the little ones just see the magic. Just as well:A
Sorry you aren't yourself at the moment. I've got the opposite problem......lack of sleep....however....and I'm touching wood as I speak, I've just had the best 2 nights sleep that I've had in ages. I'm reading a brilliant book that's turning my thinking about insomnia upside down.
Come on here if you feel alone VT....there's usually someone around for a chat. We may not be able to control world events but we sure know where to find a good deal on Gastro lemon breaded battered fish:rotfl:

That's their business though - they don't want to give discounts off staple items such as milk and eggs, that very rarely go on special offer, and which they don't make much money on.
Well done on your working out how best to use it!:D:T:)
I suppose it's a bit like the Match & More scheme now... no Match any More:D. Of course, they'd simply decided to drop the Match scheme after a change of leadership - but, when things have already been implemented, it's not that easy - they'd have to recall and make new cards, with all the associated costs of that, so, obviously, that's not practicable. Things, as with the new scanning system of APG vouchers that, basically, doesn't work and is crap, are not thought through properly in advance as to how they might work (or not). With M, it was Match... & More. Now, the main point of the scheme, according to its name, has gone - so what is it now? Zero thing that doesn't exist and a little bit more?:rotfl: In other words, just the little bit that doesn't really amount to much at all now.
I've a dairy intolerance and have never worked out why people think eggs are dairy?! Chickens, not cows!!!! :rotfl:0 -

Fantastic! Imagine...getting a big 24 box of Coke Zero and...oops that's 96p elsewhere! Apparently:rotfl:. Right, just my different whoopsies, a few 10p sweets and will see me paying under a couple of quid:rotfl::rotfl:. Or - why not max out and buy ten packs of the 24 Coke Zero:rotfl: and imagine taking all that away for just over a tenner!
Maybe one for SS:rotfl::rotfl:. I think if you went to an SA till, they might realise it was an error. Nonetheless, according to Enterprise's(?) recent correspondence, the stores don't have any input at store level and therefore are powerless apparently to do anything to alter its results - even if you paid more. Suddenly I think a different approach might suddenly be found. the rule is "when it suits":(, once again. However...
Whereas, if the SS machine offers you a price of 96p a box of coke, and you put your money in and it takes it... that's it, legal contract is formed, they can't stop you taking away as you have fully paid the price it put to you which you have fully agreed and paid!
EDIT: NB: Just remember the £20 maximum limit. So, 4 boxes per shop is the maximum you can get. Booo:(:( - having to do separate shops and put more 10p fillers again:rotfl:.0 -
TM, thought someone mentioned earlier about covent garden soup? X0

If it's any help, last year it didn't include milk or eggs so I used to get them added at CS. Last years coupons were were good as it was x off of dairy and the other was the same but for Finest. They worked together.
Where's RN when you need her?
She was always good at working this stuff out.
Didn't we even get puff pastry in the deal one year?:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau
