Thanks for the new thread LoCarr and I have just read about something happening in Paris .... But don't know if I want to read or see it yet ..
I haven't had TVs on as dgd has been and tv is not allowed on in my house
But I reckon it will be terrorists ..... If so for all these
who kill and hurt people that then have to be treat in a proper manner .... The law should be quickly changed to say that the minute another human being takes part in murdering some one they should have no RIGHTS left and be put to sleep without trials as we would do with dogs that attack

My OH lived in Zambia for a couple of years. If you broke into someone's house there you lost all rights, they could kill you and have no repercussions, dread to think what happened if you killed someone.

In the meantime, we have a flight to catch at the end of this month, from Gatwick. If anyone messes that up I will be most unhappy:eek:

No good for an APG shop as more expensive everywhere else, but these have been on offer for over a week now. Worth stocking up if it's something you use?

I've been able to print Barilla but I had to register myself again using my email.

previously I've been going via my facebook details and doing the quiz on the ipad - perhaps its mobile devices it objects to?

not has the 3 missing days ones yet

  • Hi everyone

Thanks to those concerned for our safety.

A friend sent me a text at 3 am alerting me to the horrid events unfortunately I had not told my son in law at 7 am when he was jogging to the park entrance to wait for opening to sprint to try and get one of the few places each day to meet the princesses. He was almost tackled by security:eek:
As we are full board we have been told to keep all expenses and send receipts along with unused meal vouchers and park tickets to Disney for a refund. Generous under the circumstances I feel.

There are plenty of undercover security around hotel and Disney shopping but if you have no large bag you can still completely bypass any security. We have spent most of today in the hotel but are one of the lucky ones with a dinner reservation tonight. Well actually 2 reservations as due to park being closed we managed to book a late dinner show before anyone was up this morning so dgd can leave the park having made the most of what is available.

A critique of the hell hole will follow when home as today is not the day when so many staff have managed to make it into work. The staff are being wonderful today when I have no doubt they would prefer to be at home with their families.

Bought copious amounts of macaroons as we missed them at Marsaille but whether or not they make it home is another matter.

Not been keeping up with the thread while away as been too exhasted.

DD has contacts keeping us updated as to flight situation so just keeping calm.

Going to spend a quiet hour before I venture out for dinner.
