from what i have heard from my trainer, i dont think they are looking for anymore staff until more vacancies arise.

the training group i am in was only to fill the gaps from people leaving.

This isnt 100% though, and i do wish anyone who applies the best of luck. :)

Thanks for your reply. When I went into the website it had two jobs to select and said they had current vacancies?

  • I got told that the next training is either 22nd October or 1st week November, they are still undecided. I also got told that there are 3000 applications for 200 jobs, this didn't sound right to me, but maybe they are taking on for another ISP?? I got told it was for one of the Uks top ISPs.
  • The ISP in question is Sky.
Top ISP? Well, it's all relative. Sky are in the top ten ISP in numbers, about 720,000 customers, but if you're talking quality and service then certainly not so. They bought into the market acquiring easynet so they are still pretty much amateurs at making the right moves for broadband customers.
Gotta love that KMS script though.

@zunoz talking about teletech clients goes against your employment contract, i would remove that informtion if i was you.
  • I don't work for teletech but know sky software and the systems well enough, but that's another story. The client side info is hardly top secret either and has been bandied around the web and various home working sites already.
    ;)

Anyway, I digress. the ISP is as mentioned and no they are not a top ISP
    Good luck with the jobs.

As Firthjm says if your a current or prospective employee
please hold your tongue about any business information
don't give them a excuse to send you down the road
    especially in your probation period.

I had a phone call last night from a teletech recruiter as when I applied they didn't have any hours to suit me, anyway this phone call was from a different recruiter named Shawna she interviewed me again (not sure if Kaylee has left) asking me what hours I was available, what experience I had etc.
There is no vacancies at the moment but she mentioned early Nov
