  • Hi Boots1,

Feeling a bit nervous really. Yep, understood well enough in training just not feeling great about the steps and in which order.... My screen kept freezing in crucial parts LOL,and maybe haven't taken enough notes:rolleyes:, so whoever gets me on the other end will be sorry, he he.

You, sound very confident and I'm sure you'll be great. Everyone in our group is chatty, which is so nice.

    Didn't Oliver take Rescue Remedy?:rotfl:

I have taken reams of notes, the problem is I have taken that many even I can't understand them :rotfl: .I have printed the guide which we were using yesterday and that seems like it may be quite useful to have at hand on which tabs to click etc.

I am not confident at all ,i am just hoping that it will be like most call centre work i have done in the past.Hoping that once i am used to system and types of calls it will make it easier .Have you done any call centre work before this ?

We have got a fab training group, hopefully keep in touch after training,I posted my email on training chat earlier, feel free to use it or PM on here if you prefer.

Good luck,I am sure you won't need it and you will sail through it
