Hi, I have done all the other tests with these guys and passed. Today I have the phone interview and was wondering if you could give me a few hints to the questions they may ask?
Hope the training is going well for you.
Many Thanks0 -
Has anyone else had as much trouble getting the ID verified by a solicitor as I have  Honestly, the way they have been reacting, you would think I was asking them to run through the streets naked signing counterfeit ID as they go!! I have finally found one to do it thank goodness, even though it is going to cost me £15! My question is, its getting a bit late in the week now and the form has to be there by friday lunchtime.... what do you think, stick it in the post and hope for the best or take another financial hit and send special delivery?
Is the 46p postage stamp on the envelope first or second class?
Thanks

You'll be fine, the interviews are very relaxed! I was asked what gave me most job satisfaction in my previous role, and others have said they have been asked to tell them about a time when they handled a difficult customer.

Help, I hope someone is around to answer this!
Do we definately not need to send any ID with the CRB form? I just remembered I have to get a photocopy of my ID to bring to the solicitors, I just hope the library has one! God knows how much mr double the cost just because you say you need him to photocopy something on to headed paper solicitor will charge if I have to suddenly present him with another 3 documents to sign!!!

I have almost reached boiling point with this. My wife is trying to apply for this and aksed me to run the techie part to ensure the computer was upto it. Her pc is currently connected to a wireless router - which the test results complained about and aksed that I switch off the wireless part and connect directly.
I therefore tried again on my laptop this time (switched wireless off) and connected via an adsl usb modem (missing out the router) - it is now complaining that
"You must have a local router between you and the internet to run the Workbooth Software. It seems that your IP Address (/169.254.152.225) is a direct connection to the internet. Either disable this connection, or place a router between it and the Internet"
Any ideas what I am doing wrong/what I need to do. Is there an easy solution as this is becoming soul destroying.
ThanksHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Do not send anything with the CRB, send in your authenticated copies as requested, Teletech will deal with the CRB details, all you do is fill the form in.

What wireless router is it and what is your setup currently? I connect via ethernet to my router and have no problems.0
