Hi people. I have just come accross this thread.

I applied for a job with TT back in Jan my PC wasn't up to the job and failed the tech assesment. I have since upgraded and tried to re-apply a few weeks back but had problems doing the other assesment as it kept trying to use my old login.

Maybe try to clear all IE cookies and temp files

I spoke to the live help person who wasn't very helpful and wouldn't give me a phone number to call. They said they would email me, they did but I still couldn't get it to work so I thought these lot were a bunch of cowboys and gave up.

After reding the comments on here I have decided to give them another try as I am really desperate for some extra cash.

One poster said you need to work a min of 20hrs a week is this true?

    Yep

Can anyone say anything about the pay. I know you can give an exact figure but a ballpark will be good enough, more than £6 an hour more than £9 etc.

    £6ph plus bonus scheme

The hours I am available to work will be before 11am and then after 7pm on weekdays and some weekends. Would anyone be able to give me an idea on what kind of shifts are available.

Your pretty limited from what you say but the hours will be within
4-11pm weekdays and 3-11pm weekends, you cant just work "some"
weekends your on a fixed rota so will do the same days hours each
    week.

I heard the training is 2-3 weeks long and is every weekday 5-9 is this tru and if so is it flexible as I wont be able to start at 5 due to other work commitments.

No training is not flexable you do it in a group not 121
so you got to fit in with everybody else.

Overall how happy are you with the job? Do you have a direct line to your manager if you need help etc.

Yep I find the job fine, there is support from "Super Users" midcall
and you are put in a team group with team leader who is on duty
while your working, all round its a great job

Any help will be greatly recived.

Hope that clears it up abit for you.

Just recieved an email with a ton of passwords and log in's in it!
Goodness knows what they are all for LOL.

Is there much paperwork stuff? Or any manuals to print out for quick reference? I was thinking of making a work folder/binder with a pocket in it for a notebook to take notes.

Any tips for s training? How to get the best out of it? Anything you wish you had done but didn't do?

Try using firefox to enter meeting place instead, and make sure you have
    flash player installed from adobe.com

I am pretty sure you will need to go to the teletech url.
  • thanks oliver i tried the original in both firefox and IE7 just kept asking me to install add on which i did but nothing was happening tried second link and that was fine with both.. i have flash player installed if i knew what the add on was i could look for it myself
