    I have another query though..............

I have downloaded spyware doctor to pc as advised, however it is saying that there are 319 infections (low risk) and 11 threats, it will not let me do anything about it unless I pay to register the product, is this correct?
Try spybot S&D, it will most likely remove all the issues and is free

well done all those that make it through to the interview stage, hope to see you all soon.

  • Hi there,

Just wondered whether the TeleTech website has any kind of affiliate program or refer a friend scheme?

    Thanks
  • Does anyone know when the training begins? Do we have to wait until suitable hours etc come up?

You will be contacted prior to the next training group starting, they normally go through a set period of training per group and then start a new group up as soon as that is over.
And yes teletech has a referal system I believe, you do not get anything until training is completed and they have been working for Teletech a set period of time though.

What ISP are you using for internet access and do you know what your upload/ download speed is? The VPN system requires a set level of speed to function and it may be that your package is either not good enough or something else was running and taking all the download/ upload bandwidth.

Thank you for that Paul I will try that one. Do you think I should uninstall spy doctor first though?
    ;)
Won't hurt it to stay on there but sometimes tools clash so removing it would be the safer option.
