Hi Acid
I was at the phone meeting last week. There really is nothing to worry about. The best advice I can give (and gave last week) is to make sure you do sign in at least 10 minutes before your start time (as they advise you to do). I got myself through to the site before dialling in on the phone.
The main thing is to mute your phone when asked, if you can't then you need to sit as quietly as possible as any background noise is there for ALL to hear! There was over 30 people on my call - that's a lot of back ground noise!!!
The meeting is fairly informal - there's a presentation which you watch on screen (don't fiddle with anything as it moves it on everyone's screen!) while the trainer is talking you through giving you the company info and most of the basics you need to know. You can tell the people who have not been on here by the questions they are asking!!!! Once that's finished they sort out a time for your next interview - ours were the following day.
Good luck to all0 -

Not sure if you can access meeting room too soon before set time. Might be worth checking with Live Help. It could be that there is no problem, you are just too early!!!
