i started my training this week but i have unable to use the cd . i am a bit worried as i have been talking to the technical guys and spent at least 4-5 hours combined trying to sort out the issue but to no avail. now i have been told to buy a new router- linksys and try see if it works...
if any of you guys has any idea it will be very much appreciated.
my problem is such: i have windows vista and my isp is virgin and i am using a netgear router.
whenever i load the cd i come up to the firefox browser then i get
DCHP - UNABLE TO OBTAIN IP ADDRESS
the tech guys said i donot need a belkin adapter so that solution is out.

thanks for any ideas.

Yeah thats perfectly normal, if they think you might be
suitable, you will be invited onto the next stage.

If you haven't already done so, do try to upload

hello oliver my router is netgear 54mbps wireless router
model WGR 614v6
i am using an acer laptop aspire 7520 i purchased 10 days ago for the purpose of this work .....

Hi there.

Got a responce email back from my application and completed the "Technical Assessment" straight away and passed.

Having problems with the "Skills Assessment", I downloaded the program they wanted and logged in with the "Administaror"login which they supplied, which worked.

however having a problem logging in the "Candidate" login as it says "Your user id and password is no longer valid" and I haven't done this yet.

I mailed the email address right at the bottom and got a auto responce saying postmaster failed.

Can someone help?
