although the waldorf has just the one restaurant, whereas one aldwych has multiple... so maybe not...

Hiltons crop up regularly in the 'Top Secret' list so on balance I'd say it was more likely to be the Waldorf.

Done some research - and I think it's the Landmark hotel... large rooms, a spa and massive palm trees in the pics of the dining room!
