Outlook Issue after Windows 7 Update

KB3097877 causes problems in Outlook if you try to open e-mails that need to go and get pictures. Outlook closes and reports error c0000374. You should be offered a replacement update but if not just go to Control Panel, Windows Update, Check for Updates.

That was Outlook Express but same update. I searched for similar threads but didn't find it, although I remember reading it - it's an age thing! Just turning on & off would have worked because there was an update (KB3097877) ready to be installed before shutdown.0
