Here's the immediate response from Fusion FYI:
I suggest you contact Fusion Doors and place the following, or similar, onto their Customer Reviews. Of course this may be filtered so notify Fusion Doors of the publicity they have generated on this Forum. Bring their attention to it, and see if it brings results. Keep everyone posted and let us see how matters progress. The Fusion Doors response can be interpreted as...
"Fusion Doors do not give credence to Customer Care. It is the policy of Fusion Doors to mislead customers by pretending the buck stops with Martindale. Fusion Doors is aware of their weak legal position and know that a reputable company would have intervened years ago to rectify this situation. Indeed a replacement door would cost a reputable company peanuts. However, Fusion Doors is not a reputable company hence Fusion Doors will not intervene to take ownership of problems of Fusion Doors making. Fusion Doors are committed and passionate about maximising the anguish they can cause consumers. Fusion Doors have successfully maintained this stance for the last three years and look forward to many years of future profitable trading by doing likewise."
Hope this helps.0
