    Alfiemoon - I am confused as to what correspondence you have or not have received from your new supplier.

    In post #9 you said none, in post #17 you had three.

    I changed my supplier by phone last week and I have written confirmation of the rates that will apply.

    Alfie, you wont get sue d for revealing your old supplier or the new supplier and its baffling why you are being so coy about it. Nearly everyone else comes on here and slags off suppliers if they feel they ve been swizzled, so come on , name them.

    With the supplier names, their websites can be checked for tariff information to see if they offer anything like (or even close to) the rates that you were offered.

    Also, I thought Ofgem made the doorstep selling of energy against the code of practice / licence conditions?
