A web based feed reader may autoresize the image.
I am using https://www.kde.org/applications/internet/akregator/
Doesn't matter what app/program/webclient I am using though. There is no need for the image to be super sized, and it being so is just asking it to break or hamper use of some methods of RSS access.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Out of interest, I just tried it in another completely different desktop feed reader, with exactly the same result.

OK Andrea, just checked it out on feedly which I don't normally use.
It looks OK on 'Title Only', 'Magazine', or 'Cards' view...
However, on 'Full Articles' view even feedly suffers the same oversize MSE logo problem

Seems the stupidly BIG MSE logo even gets pulled in sometimes when someone posts a link to a site article on twitter.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Doesn't anyone at MSE wonder why it is fermi doing this checking (simply as an interested onlooker), rather than the people at MSE who are supposed to ensure that the site is working properly?
And who have the power to correct it quickly and easily.0 -
Having put up with the same issue for weeks when viewing MSE RSS feeds in Outlook 2013, I thought I would add to this petition. Please reduce the image to a sensible size that doesn't fill my screen and shout to everyone around "Look who's wasting time on MSE again!"
I've already reported this via the FAQ page too.0 -
Nothing's changed, the huge image is still there, a startling 600x600 pixels.

Surely it's a simple fix to reduce the dimensions? Nobody ever needs to see the image that big.0 -
Hi £10

Hey it's shrunk to half the size... 300x300 now.
Thanks! :T0
