EE - Voicemail divert to South Korea

Hi All
I've been experiencing problems with my EE mobile billing since upgrading to my iPhone 5S.
Strange 'outside of plan' charges were and are being made on my account. After a number of calls to EE, who claim that I have sent picture messages or called international numbers, when I haven't. It transpires that there is a known technical fault on their network whereby some voicemails are being directed to South Korea and customers are being charged for their error.
Anyone else had similar problems?

Press and hold down 1, is your voicemail quick dial preprogrammed to a SK prefix ? Google that number, is it EE's or something else.
A sim should be able to programme the number, unless as you say technical failure to read the sim.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
