That was not my experience. Howdens couldn't have been more helpful for me, I am the end user the number too call regarding warranty on lamona was my local depot and they simply took a couple of details and I received a call within the hour for an engineer to make an appointment to visit.
all appliances come with a two year. Its a shame only the negatives get posted.0
