Buyer in Italy has opened a paypal case for something that was posted on 3rd. He messaged me to say it hadn't arrived, and I asked to wait a few more days as it was only a week ago.

He has immediately opened a paypal case and escalated it. Paypal have supplied 'tracking' as I printed my postage through there.

He has put the following comments in the case - it's all complete gibberish on Google Translate - can anyone help with what he's saying please?

The POSTMAN TELLS ME that the PARCEL BUT HAVING the SCOOTER FULL of STUFF I BROUGHT HIM, to go and PICK UP at the post Office of BORGARO, where I was 5 TIMES but it's not GONE! NOT HAVING SHIPMENT CODES ALTHOUGH I HAVE COST MUCH SHIPPING I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO, I'VE DONE A LOT OF PHONE CALLS TO VARIOUS DIRECTORS AND MAIL SORTING CENTRE IN MY COUNTRY. THE POSTMAN THEN SAYS THAT HE HAS SIGNED FOR TRANSPORT FROM SORTING TO THE POST OFFICE IN THE COUNTRY. I PAID AND IF I DON'T GET ANYTHING I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. IT'S A SHAME. PAYPAL ONLY CAN INVESTIGATE THE FACT AND TO COMPENSATE ME OR SEND ME THE PATTERN. IT'S NOT JUST THAT THE SELLER FINALLY LET ME PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT FOR AN UNTRACKED SHIPPING, I WILL TAKE IT OVER STRAGUADAGNARE. HELP YOU. Thank you. The buyer is talking complete rubbish! I still have no idea what he's going on about. He paid actual cost for shipping. I see from his feedback that he's done similar to another UK seller.

I believe so. But I've sold an awful lot to Italy over the years and this is the first problem I can recall having.

It's more the fact that he's being so impatient and won't wait a few more days than anything else that's got my back up.

What service did you use? If you had tracking what does it say about delivery?

AS per the other comments, I've had Italy blocked for years now as even an Italian friend won't send things home as they never arrive!

Just standard airmail. Paypal have supplied a tracking number but it doesn't work on RM site.

I've sold absolutely loads to Italy over the years, and have never had a problem until now.
