grrr grr and grrr some more ....

ok so we made our annual capital repayment in january - as per the previous 3 years - however this year for some reason they decided o lower the repayments rather than shorten the term
they claim this is what always happens if you dont stipulate - but we never have before
so when we see feb mortgage at only £500 and something we ring them up - well it takes numerous phone calls and confusion as one of our sub accounts hadnt been updated since march 07 - despite us upping over payments twice last year !!

finally think its sorted and receive a letter to confirm this - receive bank statement today to see they have take the £500 something payment again instead of £650 ish !!
try and ring them - no non geographical number will work and the waiting time is at least 20 mins !! i dont think so !! am pretty peeved about it
have never had issues with our mortgage account before and everything has always been very straightforward so hope this is not a taste of thing to come

C&G mortgage with Lloyds TSB by the way
    :j MFi3 wannabee :j
    mortgage owing 04.07 £36,000
    mortgage owing 07.10 £0 !!!!
