I've had a few conversations with the folks at Tesco Bank today.
More slightly conflicting information is that Tesco haven't decided to withdraw support for IOS6 and its an unexpected technical glitch caused by a security upgrade that they are working on to resolve BUT it may transpire that IOS6 will no longer be supported (probably when they've encouraged all those that can to upgrade browser and IOS and see how many customers are left to be social excluded :cool:).
Requested paper statements now so will have the joy of receiving seven statements per month for the foreseeable future.0 -
After phoning Tesco bank they sent a code to use on my iPod Touch running IOS6.1.6 to recognise the device and after about 30 minutes managed to be able to login to Internet banking again.
A bit difficult viewing a desktop site on a small screen but at least I now have access again. For the time being:cool:
IOS6.1.3 is not supported so it looks like its IOS6.1.6 and newer that will enable access to Tesco Bank for Luddites.0 -
Tesco online banking seems to down this lunchtime in any case.
(I am getting a service unavailable page on my P.C)
At least there's an APP for iOS (and Android) , those of us with Windows Phones don't have the facility0 -
Can't you just download Google Chrome onto your apple device and use that to access online banking?. Or any other up to date browser?0

Yep, website broken. Android app is working fine.We're experiencing technical issues which means that Online Banking is currently unavailable.
We're working hard to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
