How Does My Storage Heater Work?

Hi,
Just moved into a new flat. It is fitted with 3x Sunhouse storage heaters, one in lounge others in both bedrooms. Unfortunately I was not left any instruction manuals even though the flats brand new. I have included a link for a picture I just took, maybe someone will know which model it is?

First question, does anyone know who makes Sunhouse heaters and how to contact them?
Secondly, the heaters are only wired up to the night rate / economy7 electrical supply, therefore will only run at night. I can get them to charge up (i think) but am not sure about there workings during the day. Does the timer draw power from the stored supply so it runs?
As I have no idea on the specs of the heater any ideas how long the stored energy lasts? They are individual temp controls and timers on each.
Sorry for the long list of questions! Thanks
