    Probably, your best bet now is to 'go with the flow' until 23rd June next year at which point you will have 'Actual' readings for a 12-month period (I'm not sure why there is a difference between the two 23rd June readings, but it sounds as though they are both 'Actual' rather than 'Estimated').

    I know why that is - the guy who came to the house could read one of the meters but couldn't manage the other so we did it for him!

    But yes - both actual!
