Vodafone Pay As You Go Phones

I tried searching for this in the forum but found nothing.
Anyway I am looking to get SE K800i on Vodafone Pay As You Go but I want to use it with the 3 sim. I want to know if the PAYG phones are locked to Vodafone and if so what would be the cheapest way of unlocking it.
