pipex !!!! are they any good

hi just had a phone call from pipex offering me a deal that is better than my current deal, are they any good.
i beleive they are part of tiscalli ...

i am with onetel which are brilliant, so being silly i accepted pipex now wandering if i will regret it...

My experience with Pipex was poor. They took weeks to connect me initially and I had to chase them continually, waiting in long queues for customer service.

Shame really, as they were one of the pioneers of home Internet and were really good 10-15 years ago.

thanks for that info, i have now cancelled it as ontel that i am with reduced my monthly package price by £12 just because i said i wanted to move.... which pleases me really as never had any problem with service or connections...
just hate ringing them as its a call centre overseas !!!

i dont know if it will cancel properly as they said they cant officially cancel it, dont understand why....
i will wait for the letter they sending then phone them again !!!
think is they have my bank details, will the bank be able to do anything if i phone them ?? thank you
