    Morning all,

I am hoping the rain holds off because I thought it would be nice to walk up to Dobbies and have coffee and cake later. Am a little bit worried in case the baby screams the place :)

If its the Dobbies by the big Tesco's at Bowaters round-about then there is lots of things to see I popped in there yesterday for a look around and to use my coffee voucher .Didn't spend any money but got lots of ideas for presents in there.Delicious cake which were very tempting but I was on my way to history club and I thought I'd save myself as we get choccy biscuits there.:rotfl:

Eldest DD has parked on my drive as she has gone off to London for the day to meet up with my Goddaughter for lunch They virtually shared a pram together when they were small and 47 years later they are still friends and meet up for a lunch and long natter every few months.
She will stop off on the way home for a bit of supper I expect.Just hoovered around upstairs so fell entitled to a bit of R&R now so its feet up and some knitting. Its persisting down here so I'm glad I stayed at home today
Have a good day chums what ever you are doing and try to stay warm and dry.
Its my pals wedding next Saturday I hope the weather cheers up a bit

    ((((Hugs)))) Hester.

Spent most of the day at the garage, hubby has put a deposit on a new car... well new to him anyway. It was in the bodyshop having some minor repairs done on it (a few scratches) so he hasnt technically seen it yet. He will collect it next weekend (thats if he is happy with it).

Breakfast ran into dinner and we ate out.... then popped in the shops for some bits for Mom. To go with the new trousers ive bought her, she now has 2 warm jumpers, 2 pairs of warm socks and some slippers (her slippers have gone walkabouts).

Havent managed to do the food shopping but that will have to wait until tomorrow.

    Have a good evening all.

  • Back, have hung out washing, nearly dry, cleaned tge bathroom (Augean stables anyone? ) put on fresh bedlinen, hoovered and now a bit tired. Achy legs and feet, if that is all that is wrong with me at my age, I can count myself very fortunate.
    Husband cooking evening meal.
I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back
