    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning all.
Some excellent potting going on, put in that extra effort and reap the rewards. Not long now.

Thanks Suu - sorry I didn't win the Lotto. Hope you all didn't build up you hopes!
My total will be lower than normal, but higher than I need. So, a nice little bonus and a free Xmas.
I voted to stay in the EU, so the value of the £1 is more annoying! Still a lot of uncertainties, but could come good!. Wish I had stocked up at €1.40+ to the £. Maybe next time?

MrsShazbat - I'll also be using UBER for the first time soon. A £15 credit for the first trip should help a lot. Haven't a clue how to use it though!

Potting for myself has gone better than expected. A few bonuses, including a very early cashback. The cashback wasn't expected until December. So' I've potted the cashback and made it up to £50. That's my £700 and I'm finished. Anything else is for next Xmas.

Off to Tenerife at 15.40 hopefully and not back until the 26th.
    Catch up then.

    Be lucky.

I have been potting as much as I can, not sure if I'll be anywhere near my target by opening date, but on the bright side at least I have something put by.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend!

I went back shopping again today with another £6 off voucher, but I then spent £6 on my lunch! oops!

However, I got some more discounted posh biscuits - the last time I got lavender shortbread and this time I've got dark chocolate and ginger thins.

I sometimes donate 5p coins to my son in law who has one of those large glass bottles which will take years to fill. He's a good son in law who always drives me home when I visit - hang on? is he just trying to get rid of me?

    frogletina

You paid for your lunch out, Frogletina?!!! Wow that's unusual for you, I was quite surprised and I'll bet you never budgeted for that, haha! :rotfl: However, at least you made up for it by grabbing more bargains so I guess you can be forgiven just this once! :naughty:

Also very wise with your change in the pot to make £££s to make easy counting.

So long as you can say the above, Lynsey, then you've saved brilliantly! :T However, no Lottery win! Not so good, but no I wasn't banking on it! ;) I hope Brexit will turn out well for all when it's all had time to settle, time'll tell. Have a terrific holiday!!

No good worrying, Happybeingme, but do as you're planning and try doubling it til declaration day; then make a firm promise to keep that up all through next year! ;)
