Hi, I have a 12 month cashback contract with 02 via The Link, ending shortly.
I have just received my 12th bill , at what point am I able to end the contract without losing my last cashback payment.

If it's a 12 month contract, it's 12 months. 18 month contract, it's 18 months etc.
Write to your Network provider asking them to cancel on the last day of your minimum term.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0
