The scaffolding did not touch the dish. It was actually on the property next door. However, whilst it was there it was directly in line with the dish and blocked the signal
Although the signal strength is not as strong as mine he can get Sky News clearly which leads us to believe that he should get other channels as well.
I think the only way to go is for me to test the sky box and do a re-set, as macman has suggested.0
