Are you parents to one of the UK's largest Families?

Options
Lion Television, the makers of the successful Channel 4 series “15 Kids and Counting” are looking for large families from all over the UK to take part in their new documentary entitled "18 Kids and Counting".

I am looking to cast a big family that we can follow round for a couple of days or so focusing on how mums and dads cope with daily life in their house.

Families don't have to have the same parents, they can be a blended family, or even lots of grandkids staying at home, as long as they all live under the one roof.

If you would like more information please get in touch and e-mail vanda.kettelhut@liontv.co.uk or call 0141 331 6430.

I look forward to hearing from you.

More poverty !!!!!!? Channel 4 used to be a good channel, but it's getting as bad as channel 5.
  • I don't believe 15 kids and counting family from Morecambe are living in poverty. They run their own successful bakery and dint claim any benefits.

My colleague is one of 10 birth children. There was also 5 adopted kids and various foster children. At one point there was 19 in the same household (6 bedroom and a garage conversion). As you can imagine it was chaotic.

Rich or poor you can not give much time individually and emotionally so I think it is selfish to have that much kids. The older ones are usually burdened with 'parenting' the younger ones.
  • Anyone with an unusual family who lets a tv crew into their lives is an idiot.
PPI on Natwest loan, Barclayloan, MBNA credit card, and Mortgagecare all repaid just for asking in 2012/2013!

Barclaycard - PPI refund refused 26/01/13, ombudsman upheld 12 May 2014, Barclays resisted until March 2015 - FOS say Barclays are calculating an offer, they have 8 weeks.

    Actually they do!

Child benefit, working and child tax credit for! I would imagine their top up benefits are more than an average family out of work!

I wonder how families appearing in such shows benefit from actually doing so. One things for sure, I bet they don't do it for free - why would they. All the tea in china wouldn't tempt me from appearing - not that I'm in this situation :)

From what I understand the only benefit they claim is CB...Their bakery is very successful and income to high to claim Tax credits???
