Talktalk - International boost

I am currently with Sky for phone and broadband and had the Skytalk 24/7 International phone package which gave me calls to India (mobiles and landline) at a fixed 7p per call (yes - per call and not per min). Unfortunately, I have now received a letter from Sky informing me that this plan is to be discontinued from 1st dec and they would move me to the Sky Talk International Extra plan. I have checked and this plan only includes free calls to India landlines and not to India mobiles. Sky have said I can terminate my contract early because of the change from their end.
I have looked around and the only other homephone provider offering inclusive calls to India mobiles seems to be Talk Talk through their International Boost package. Is anyone aware of another plan that offers this?
On a separate note, if going for Talk Talk, I wanted to get cashback via Topcashback. But given that the cyberattack means their sales website is not functional, does it mean I cannot get the cashback for now?

Correct. I assume you got the increase notice in the past 3-5 days so I would wait another 1-2 weeks to see if they bring their website back up with any new details (unlikely however)0
