Thinking of joining PlusNet

Thinking of joining PlusNet for broadband & phone as getting a bit fed up with Sky throttling our internet connection all the time (line speed 4Mbps, actual usable speed 3.5Mbps overnight but only 0.5Mbps in the evenings) now they are also doing away with the Sky Talk Anytime tariff we were on from 1st December and charging a lot more for inclusive international calls.
Could any existing PlusNet customers answer a couple of questions?
- Do PlusNet throttle (normal web-browsing, e-mail, iPlayer etc, no peer-2-peer or gaming)? Unfortunately we're out in the sticks on a small exchange, so this would be a non-LLU package
- Does their router allow 1) you to change to LAN IP address range from the default? 2) port forwarding? 3) the ability to put a LAN IP address in the DMZ (demilitarized zone)?
Thanks in advance!

1) Only in extreme circumstances. http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/traffic_management.shtml and http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/abnormal_load.shtml for abnormal situations.
2) IP address range yes, port forwarding most likely, DMZ probably not.0 -
Thanks Neil.
Should've checked the PlusNet website in more detail first!Looks like the router can do all three, which is good news.

Any other thoughts on a potential switch from Sky to PlusNet (non-LLU)?0
