    Thanks for all the "genuine" suggestions, I appreciate it. I am NOT forcing my grandfather to go in to the branch, I've already told him that he has nothing to worry about while he is too ill to leave the house because I can foot the bill etc. It's only a short term illness so my grandmother is going to go in and see what she can do from her side of things. Again, thanks for the help from those genuine.
